Program Overview

The R.E.C. Program’s Youth Workforce Development Program is designed to equip at-risk and underserved youth with the skills, knowledge, and support necessary to secure and maintain meaningful employment while building a foundation for long-term economic stability.
This comprehensive initiative integrates workforce readiness, financial literacy, life skills, and mentorship to address the barriers youth face in accessing employment opportunities. Participants will receive hands-on training, individualized coaching, and direct exposure to career pathways that prepare them for real-world success.
